What This Site Does
EUParcelFee.com helps EU consumers calculate the total cost of e-commerce orders from non-EU sellers (Temu, Shein, AliExpress, etc.) under the new customs rules that came into force on 1 July 2026.
Since that date, all e-commerce parcels valued at €150 or less are subject to a new €3 flat customs duty per item, plus import VAT at the destination country's standard rate. This replaced the previous €150 customs duty exemption.
Our Accuracy Commitment
Every fee and rule on this site is verified against official EU sources before publication. We do not state unverified facts as certain — where we cannot confirm a specific number, we present a range or note it as "unconfirmed."
All core facts are documented in our Methodology page with source URLs and verification dates.
