About EUParcelFee.com

A free, accurate tool for EU consumers to understand the new import fees introduced in July 2026.

What This Site Does

EUParcelFee.com helps EU consumers calculate the total cost of e-commerce orders from non-EU sellers (Temu, Shein, AliExpress, etc.) under the new customs rules that came into force on 1 July 2026.

Since that date, e-commerce consignments valued at €150 or less are subject to a €3 customs duty for each tariff classification, plus import VAT. Quantity does not multiply the duty. The declarant—normally the seller or importer—is liable; our total estimates assume it is passed through at checkout.

Our Accuracy Commitment

Every fee and rule on this site is verified against official EU sources before publication. We do not state unverified facts as certain — where we cannot confirm a specific number, we present a range or note it as "unconfirmed."

All core facts are documented in our Methodology page with source URLs and verification dates.
